Converts an existing Price List into a Price Group. The Selling Prices on the Price List move to a new List in the Group, with an Effective Date. Customers, Customer Groups, Jobs, Invoices and Sales Orders that use the Price Code keep using it, and the Price Code is now a Group. See Price List.
Only a List that does not belong to a Price Group can be promoted. Available with Control permission for Company Price Lists.
After promotion, add further Lists to the Group in Price List, each with its own Effective Date, to schedule price changes.

The Price Code for the new List that receives the Selling Prices. The code must not already exist. |

Promotes the Price List. The Source Price Code becomes a Group and its Price No is cleared. The new List is created in the Group with the Name, Currency Code, GST Basis, Rounding Direction, Rounding Unit, Markup Price Code and Price No of the Source Price Code, and every Selling Price for the Source Price Code moves to the new List. |
